How we work
Most crane problems are specification problems. A machine sized for a lighter duty class than the work it ends up doing will run — it just wears its wheels, gearboxes and rope early, and the cost shows up years later as unplanned downtime.
So we ask about the duty cycle before we quote. If a requirement is under-specified we say so, and if a cheaper configuration will genuinely do the job we would rather sell that than a crane you stop trusting.
We work both as a direct supplier to plant owners and as an OEM partner to heavy engineering firms, building to the principal's engineering standard, drawing control and inspection regime.
Engineering design
Load calculations, duty class selection and general arrangement drawings prepared against IS 3177 and IS 807 — so your engineers or a third-party inspector can audit the design rather than take it on trust.
Fabrication and assembly
Box and I-section girder fabrication, machining and assembly, with the inspection regime set by the order — including build to a principal's drawings and acceptance criteria on OEM work.
Export supply
Inspection, packing and despatch for overseas projects, including complete travel structures where the runway and cranes are engineered as one system rather than split between vendors.
Erection and commissioning
Rail alignment, structural assembly, load testing and handover on site, with operator familiarisation as part of the scope.
