A crane specified for a workshop will not survive a mill house season, and a mill house crane is over-built for a stores bay. What each sector actually demands is where the design starts.
Sugar mills
M6 – M8Mill house cranes, cane unloaders and boiler bay handling. Season duty is continuous and the environment is fibrous and wet, so power feed and brake sizing matter more here than in a general workshop.
