HT-SG
Single Girder EOT Crane
One bridge girder carrying an underslung hoist. The efficient choice where duty is light to moderate and headroom is tight.
Capacity 1 – 20 T
Span 5 – 25 M
Duty class M3 – M6

How it is built
A single girder EOT crane runs an electric wire rope hoist on the lower flange of one bridge girder. Fewer members mean lower dead weight, which lowers the wheel loads your gantry structure has to carry — often the difference between reusing an existing structure and rebuilding it. Built to IS 3177 with box or I-section girders depending on span and duty.
Configuration
- Box or I-section bridge girder, sized to span and duty
- Electric wire rope hoist with dual brake system
- VFD control on long travel and cross travel
- Pendant, radio remote or cabin operation
- Rail sweeps, end buffers and travel limit switches
