HT-RMG
Rail Mounted Gantry Crane
Rail-running yard and intermodal gantry — higher stacking density and lower running cost than an RTG, on a fixed alignment.
Capacity 35 – 60 T
Span 20 – 45 M
Duty class A7 – A8

How it is built
An RMG runs on fixed rails, which lets it carry longer spans and stack denser than an RTG, and to run fully electric with no diesel on the yard. The trade is flexibility: the alignment is set at the civil stage. We design the crane around the rail gauge and wheel load your yard can carry, for both container and intermodal rail transfer duty.
Configuration
- Fully electric drive — cable reel or busbar
- Automatic gantry positioning and stack profiling
- Anti-sway with load-position feedback
- Single or double cantilever for rail transfer
- Remote operation ready
